Adding some content
To get the ball rolling, I posted the factory specs for several Boox models in the appropriate Forum sections you've set up, Kib.
I attached pix for some of them, but they don't display in-line, only as attachments. I thought it might help orient new boox users, and get those forum sections moving. If this is helpful, fine. If you don't think the forum needs them, feel free to delete the posts. |

Quote:AI Added the A62 and A62S to the desription of the Series A forum.maybe you also add boox 60 to the description of this forum. It would be also cool to have some general timeline\changelog\infographic for all firmwares with information what and when features were added. but this isnt simple task

RE: Adding some content
The original Onyx Boox 60 had type A60 which is already in the description for the forum.
I agree on the timeline, but sadly that is not easy at all. There are almost no decent changelogs and Onyx seem to have built several forks of the source for different companies. However, it might be interesting to start to collect all the changelogs we can find in one location and maybe add them together to get better understanding of changes they made in the past. Do you have a suggestion how we could do this ? |

RE: Adding some content
I will have a check through my BeBook versions and see what I can find. Some of the Bebook were more stable than the Onyx ones. Would you like a copy of the ones I have to host?

Stormchild,
Sure! I have enough storage space here, and the main objective is to host the best firmwares we can find

RE: Adding some content
Hi Julodnik
Are you too busy to resurrect yourself here? It is sad that I can not see the Julodnik reader in this site. If you do not mind, I can upload all the latest files related to your reader for you. Please let me know whether you agree or not. Looking forward to hearing from you. tkuratsuwa |
